We're seeking to fill our Territory Manager position responsible for oversight of 3 locations in Arizona. The Territory Manager is responsible for creating the overall vision for each store in their territory, establishing benchmarks for store management teams and upholding policies and programs that will help those teams achieve their sales goals. The Territory Manager will also be charged with collaborating with our corporate and operations teams to help their territory to meet or exceed P&L metrics and goals.

Reporting: Position reports to the Sales Director
Compensation: Salary offered is dependent upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
Travel/Schedule: Must reliably commute to store locations with personal vehicle. This is not a work from home position. Must work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays – during peak hours of performance to ensure daily oversight.
