Our growing retail business is seeking a Regional HR Manager who strategizes, manages and oversees the day to day administrative and operational functions impacting the emplyee lifecycle and the Regional Human Resources Team.



  • Leads and manages the Regional HR team to ensure that all operational and administrative HR processes are completed at the highest level of accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness in the areas of payroll, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and employee relations
  • Manages and resolves complex and/or high-risk employee relations issues
  • Provides guidance and counsel to company officers, directors and senior managers on human capital management initiatives and/or issues
  • Assesses legal risks and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal and state laws
  • Liaises with HR vendors to ensure satisfactory service delivery
  • Facilitates HR trainings such as new hire orientation HR training, Recruitment training and Effective Employee Counseling training
  • Ensures the support of all field and corporate employees are prioritized
  • Develops and implements policies as needed
  • Conducts HR Department audits as a basis for implementing internal process improvements and to ensure internal department compliance
  • Must be available as needed for emergency situations

  • A bachelor’s degree with three (8) years of broad and comprehensive HR Generalist experience
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite
