This role conducts operational audits to ensure Verge Mobile stores are in compliance with T-Mobile guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Visit all stores (in their defined Region) to conduct quarterly audits to ensure operational excellence
  • Coach team members on biggest opportunities
  • Use reporting to capitalize on biggest opportunities at stores
  • Work with multiple teams to  help frontline with their concerns
  • Ensure no store fails an Ops Ready or Standard audit
  • Hold training courses for new or struggling managers
  • Be the point of contact for multiple back office teams for support
  • Identify risky behavior that can require intervention
  • Conduct investigation handed down from T-Mobile or internally
  • Conduct interrogations for  investigations if necessary

Qualifications
