Job Summary
Delivers exceptional customer experience and services by assisting with managing, leading, coaching, and developing the store team.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, team training, development, coaching for high-performance
• Performs and provides consultative sales and service on the sales floor during retail hours
• Build a positive, customer service, and goal -oriented environment

• Assist with development of employees for, engagement, positive performance, growth and promotion with appropriate responsibilities
• Proficient of the rapidly evolving T-Mobile standards and technology
• Ensures audit-compliant based according to standards
• Ensures effective and efficient store operations
• Implement the Verge Mobile policy, processes and procedures
• Must be available to meet the needs of retail business hours
Other Duties
• Performs other related duties as assigned


Required Education & Experience
• Two years of retail/sales experience

• High school diploma or GED and 4 years of retail experience
• Associates or bachelor’s degree and 2 years of retail experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Sales and sales management experience
• Operational and financial management experience
• Wireless industry experience
• Work varied shifts, seven days per week, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of retail experience
